The background of this research of media PowerPoint to flash multimedia display used in the biological learning process. The purpose of this study is to develop and produce media in PowerPoint 2010 with flash multimedia display a valid and practical in learning biology. This type of research is a research & development (R & D) which uses four phases of a five-stage model of development Plomp, which consists of a phase of preliminary investigation (prelimenary investigation), the design phase (design), the phase of realization / construction (realization / construction), phase test, evaluation and revisions (test, evaluation and revision). The population in this study were students Class XI Science SMAN 5 Kab.Tebo Jambi. The data of this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires test the validity and practicalities. From this study produced media products such as PowerPoint 2010 with a multimedia display of flash, the results indicate the development of very valid result with value of 98% and the validity of the results is very practical by teachers and by students with the practical value of the practicality of 95% and 78%. Suggestions from this study that teachers can make PowerPoint 2010 media with Flash multimedia display as an alternative medium of learning the material respiratory system (respiratory) humans.
