Abstrak

This research is aimed by the lack of interest and the results of the fourth grade students learn math SDN 47 Korong Gadang . The purpose of this research is to increase interest and learning mathematics fourth grade students of SDN 47 Korong Gadang using strategies Quiz Team . This study was performed using Classroom Action Research (CAR), which was conducted in two cycles , one cycle consisting of three meetings . The data source is the fourth grade students of SDN 47 Korong Gadang totaling 37 people . The instrument used was a questionnaire sheet student learning , teacher observation sheet activities and tests student learning outcomes . Based on the analysis of student interest in each cycle increased . In the questionnaire the first cycle and increased 61.2 % in the second cycle becomes 95.9 % . Activities of teacher activity in the first cycle increased 75.5 % and 89.9 % in the second cycle . Student learning outcomes also increased 59.4 % in the first cycle increased to 81 % in the second cycle . Thus , the learning of mathematics by using the Active Learning Strategies Quiz Team can increase interest and student learning outcomes . From these results it is suggested to teachers to use Active Learning Strategies Team Quiz to increase interest and student learning outcomes in mathematics learning .
