PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR BERUPA HANDOUT DENGAN TAMPILAN SITUS WEB DILENGKAPI GLOSARIUM PADA PEMBELAJARAN BIOLOGI SISWA KELAS XI IPA SMA PGRI 1 PADANG

ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to create a teaching material in the form of hand out with website look completed with glossaries in biology lesson in science students in the third grade of SMA PGRI 1 Padang. The type of this research is a development research using three steps from 4-d development, they are define, design, and develop. The research subject consists of three validators and 27 students in the second grade from three classes, xi ipa1, xi ipa2, and xi ipa3. The data of this research is primary data from the research instruments in the form of validity questionnaires and practicality questionnaire and then analyzed by using descriptive analysis technique. From the research, the teaching material was gotten in the form of hand out which was categorized as a really valid material by the validators with the average score was 91, 24 % (very practical for the teachers), and also very practical for the students with the average score was 86,54%. From the result of this research, it was found that the teaching material in the form of this handout with website presence completed with glossaries is a valid material so that it can be used in teaching biology, and it is practical because it is easy to use, useful, and efficient. As a suggestion, the teachers and the students can use this hand out as a teaching media in teaching biology.
