PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWAKELAS IV PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPS DENGAN STRATEGI THINK TALK WRITE DI SD NEGRI 14 DALAM KOTO SURIAN KECAMATAN PANTAI CERMIN KABUPATEN SOLOK
Abstrak
The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in motivation and student learning outcomes in social studies learning strategy Think Talk Write Elementary School 14 Dalam Koto Surian. This study was performed using the Classroom Action Research was conducted in two cycles. Subjects of this study were students in grade 14 Dalam Koto IV SD Negeri Surian, which amounts to 18 people. The research instrument used in this study is the observation sheet student motivation, teacher observation sheet activities, and student learning outcomes test sheet. Based on the analysis of student motivation sheet, the percentage of students' motivation in each cycle increased. In the first cycle the average score of the percentage of student motivation in reading literature and 58.32% in the second cycle increased to 83.25%. Average percentage scores of students motivation to cooperate in a group discussion on the first cycle and a 58.32% increase in the second cycle with an average percentage of 77.75%, and the average percentage of student motivation issued an opinion in the first cycle and a 49.95% increased in the second cycle to 77.7% the results of student learning also increased in the first cycle with the average percentage of students who completed the first cycle increased 50% to 83.3% who completed the second cycle. From the data obtained it can be concluded that there is an increase in motivation and learning outcomes IPS Elementary School fourth grade students 14 Dalam Koto Surian after using the strategy think talk write. Therefore, it is advisable to use the strategies teachers can think talk write in elementary school.
