PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR BERUPA HANDOUT YANG DILENGKAPI GLOSARIUM PADA PEMBELAJARAN BIOLOGI SISWA KELAS XI IPA SMAN 1 TIGO NAGARI KABUPATEN PASAMAN

Abstract
The aim of this research is to create a teaching material in the form of hand out with website look completed with glossaries in biology lesson in science students in the second grade in SMAN 1 Tigo Nagari. the type of this research is a development research using three steps from 4-d development, they are define, design, and develop. The validity of the handout was done by three validators from lecturer and teachers, and one biology teacher for handout practicality test and 28 students in the second grade students in SMAN 1 Tigo Nagari pasaman regency. The data of this research is primary data from the research instruments in the form of validity questionnaires and practicality questionnaire and then analyzed by using descriptive analysis technique. From the research, the teaching material was gotten in the form of handout which was categorized as a really valid material by the validators with the average score was 92,12 %(very practical for the lecturers and teachers). The handout practicality from the teacher was 97,22 (very practical), and the handout practicality form the students was 86,60% (very practical). The criteria of this teaching material in the form of hand out with website look completed with glossaries in biology lesson in the second grade in SMAN 1 Tigo Nagari is really valid and very practical which means that this handout is easy to use, useful and efficient.
