PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS II MELALUI STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN AKTIF TIPE CROSSWORD DI SD 18 SILAUT III PESISIR SELATAN
Abstrak
The purpose of this study was to describe: Increased activity of answering questions, discussing, discussion exercises and make notes and learning outcomes in science teaching second grade elementary school students 18 Silaut III Pesisir Selatan after using active learning strategies Crossword types. This research is a classroom action research conducted collaboratively and participants. The research instrument used was a teacher and student activity sheets and sheets of learning outcomes. This research was conducted in two cycles. The subject of this research is class II SD 18 Silaut III Pesisir Selatan totaling 36 people.
Based on the research that has been conducted, it can be seen that the results of the analysis of observations of student activity sheets obtained average percentage in the first cycle was 82.64%, while the second cycle the average percentage of 95.11% was obtained. Percentage passing grade on the first cycle was 63.63% with an average value of 68.18 while the percentage of mastery learning on the second cycle was 87.87% with an average value of 85 From the results obtained it can be concluded that learning science through learning strategies Crossword active types can improve student learning outcomes activities and class II SD 18 Silaut III Pesisir Selatan. Based on these results, the researchers suggest that teachers can use and choose the type of active learning strategies
