PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN IPS SISWA KELAS VB MELALUI STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN THINK TALK WRITE DI SD KARTIKA 1-10 PADANG

Abstrak

The background of this research is the less of students’ activities, it can be seen when discussion in the class students have less of responds and made conclusion. The significance of this research is to describe the increase of students’ activities in discussion class, making conclusion in IPS lesson with Think Talk Write Strategy. This research is the action research class. The respondent of this research are students of VB class that have 23 students. Research instrument are  activity sheet of  teacher, activity sheet of students and note. In the result of study have percentage average of students activities score in cycle discussion I is 34,5%, have increase in cycle II be 74%, making conclusion in cycle I is 39%, and increase in cycle II be 80%. It can be said that indicator target in this study  successful and the Think Talk Write Strategy  in IPS lesson can be done well.  Based on this study, have a conclusion that students ‘ activities in comprehend the IPS lesson can be achieve with used Thing Talk Write Strategy. Based on this study, the researcher give the suggestion for teacher to use Think Talk Strategy in increase students’ activities.
