THE ROLE OF FAMILY AND COMMUNITY LEADERS MORAL EDUCATION YOUTH VILLAGE PAGAR PUDDING DISTRICT ULU TEBO DISTRICT TEBO

Abstract
This research is motivated by the moral problems experienced by adolescents in the District Pudding Pagar Tebo Tebo Ulu district. It is characterized by involvement of adolescents with behavior such as drinking, stealing and fighting. This research aims: 1) To describe the role of both parents in giving affection and facilities that support the development of adolescents. 2) To describe the role Tengganai Tuo (the elder) and Ulema in providing facilities that support the skills needed by adolescents. 3) To describe the constraints faced by Tuo Tengganai and Ulema in providing facilities that support adolescent skills. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Instruments used are interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study showed that 81% of parents claimed to have do their role to the fullest. The role that has been done by Tuo Tengganai and Ulema are providing input material maupaun mind. Constraints faced by teenagers Tuo Tengganai is less enthusiastic in utilizing the existing facilities, and budget oversight is less effective than the village government.
