PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS SISWA KELAS V DENGAN METODE DISCOVERY LEARNING DI SD NEGERI 16 SUNGAI ABU KABUPATEN SOLOK

Abstrak

This research of background by lack of activity learn student in raising question, replying question, telling opinion of discussion moment and do mandatory house duty or practice of teacher. so that influence result learn student at study of IPS. Target of this research is 1) mendeskripsikan of[is make-up of class student activity of V raise question in study of IPS with method of discovery learning in di SD Negeri 16 Sungai Abu 2) mendeskripsikan of[is make-up of class student activity of V reply/ answer question in study of IPS by using method of discovery learning in di SD Negeri 16 Sungai Abu 3) mendeskripsikan of[is make-up of class student activity of V tell opinion in study of IPS with method of discovery learning in di SD Negeri 16 Sungai Abu 4) mendeskripsikan of[is make-up of result learn cognately of class student of V in Iesson of IPS by using method of discovery learning in di SD Negeri 16 Sungai Abu. Subjek of this research is class student of V SD Negeri 16 Sungai Abu, which amount to 13 people. Research instrument which is used in this research is student activity observation sheet, teacher activity observation sheet, and sheet of tes result of learning student. Result of obtained research, happened the make-up of score mean percentage of student activity in raising question that is from 46,15% at cycle of I mount to become 80,76% at cycle of II. Mean Score percentage of activity learn student reply/ answer question from 49,99% at cycle of I mount to become 73,75% at cycle of II. Mean Score Percentage of activity learn student in telling opinion from 49,99% at cycle of I mount to become 84,61% at cycle of II and complete percentage of result learn student from 53,84% at cycle of I with mean result of learning 67,69 mounting to become 76,92% at cycle of II with mean result of learning 84,16. Pursuant to result of research can be concluded that study of IPS by using Method study of Discovery learning can improve result and activity learn class student of V in SD Negeri 16 Sungai Abu. Pursuant to result of this research of researcher suggest that teacher can apply method study of Discovery learning in study of IPS better as according to taught items.
