Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the biology of learning outcomes using cooperative learning model Teams Achievements Students Division (STAD) equipped media power point in class XI Science SMAN 1 Silk South Coastal District. The population in this study were all students of class XI Science SMAN 1 Silk South Coastal District as much as 4 classes in the academic year 2013/2014. Determination of sample classes conducted by purposive sampling method, whereas to determine the experimental class and the control class is done in a way only a randomized control group design. Obtained experimental class is class 3 and class XI Science XI IPA control is 4.Instrumen in this study is the observation sheet affective and psychomotor domains. The results showed an average value of 81.73 esksperimen class while the average value of the control class 72.93. Test statistics at the level of α = 0.05 is obtained thitung> t table (3.02> 1.67), then the hypothesis H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Assessment of learning outcomes in the affective aspects of experimental class 83.56 higher than the control class 78.33, while the average value of the experimental aspects of psychomotor class 90.72 higher than the control class 80.84. From the research it can be concluded that, there are differences in the biology student learning outcomes of the application of treated cooperative learning model Teams Achievements Students Division (STAD) in class XI Science SMAN 1 Silk South Coastal District.
