PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA SISWA KELAS V PADA PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA MELALUI STRATEGI KWL (KNOW WANT TO KNOW LEARNED) DI SD NEGERI 35 PAGAMBIRAN PADANG

This research  of  low background  of  enthusiasm him learn student  at  study of Indonesian. Study which  is  learn to tend to use discourse method, so that student feel saturated in following study. Formula of is problem of from this research  is  how make-up of ability read the understanding of class student of V SD  at  study of Indonesian  pass/through  strategy of KWL. Theory taken as reference  at  this research  is  theory developed by Ogle in the year 1996. This research aim to for mendeskripsikan of is make-up of ability read class student of V  at  study of Indonesian  pass/through  strategy of KWL. This Research  is  research of class action. this Research Subjek  of  class student of V amounting to 30 people. this Research instrument  is  observation sheet activity of student, observation sheet activity of and teacher of tes final  of  cycle. Result of research of showing of is existence of the make-up of to ability read the understanding of student where  at  cycle of I mean assess student by classical 65 while  at  cycle of II mount to become 76. While for student getting value above KKM mount counted 36%, from 47%  at  cycle of I mount to become 83%  at  cycle of II. For student getting value below/under KKM from 53% student which is not complete  at  I cycle, decreasing counted 36% so that become 17%  at  cycle of II. Matter this means indicator goals in this research succeed and execution of study of Indonesian with strategy of KWL take place better. Pursuant to result of data analysis, can be concluded that strategy of KWL can improve ability read class student of V SDN 35 Pagambiran Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Padang. Pursuant to conclusion, can be suggested that in teaching teacher can use strategy of KWL.
