This research  of  background by lowering of result and creativity learn student  at  study of class mathematics of V SDN 10 Sangkir Lubuk Basung. Target of this research is to improve result and creativity learn class student mathematics of V SDN 10 Sangkir Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam  pass/through  applying of type co-operative model give respects and problem. this Research type  is  Research Of Action Class ( PTK) which  is  executed in two cycle. Source of data  is  class student of V SDN 10 Sangkir Deep Hollow of Basung Immeasurable Sub-Province. Instrument the used  is  sheet perception of creativity learn student, activity sheet learn and result of learning. Pursuant to creativity analysis learn student, percentage of creativity learn student  at  each natural cycle  of  improvement.  At  first cycle  of  student creativity equal to 46,48% mounting to become 72,78%  at  cycle both is. Complete  of  result learn student also experience of the make-up of  at  first cycle equal to 64,47% mounting to become 72,37%  at  cycle both. From obtained data can be concluded that there are make-up of result and creativity learn class student mathematics of V SDN 10 Sangkir Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam  pass/through  applying of model study of type co-operative give respects and problem. Researcher suggestion that is  so that/ to be  this study model  is  executed in study of Mathematics  in  SD, with consideration chosen items which suited for taught with model study of type co-operative give respects and problem.
