PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE THINK-TALK- WRITE DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BIOLOGI SISWA KELAS XI SMA N 1 RANTAU PANDAN KABUPATEN BUNGO JAMBI
Abstrak
The purpose of this research was to look differentiate the result students’ score of biology that used cooperative learning Think-Talk-Write types with the result of study that used conventional learning of the second year students IPA at SMA N 1 Rantau Pandan Bungo regency Jambi. This research is experiment research with randomize control group only design. The population of this research was all of students of the second year students IPA at SMA 1 Rantau pandan in academic year 2013/2014 that consist of two class. In selecting the sample, the writer used total sampling technique, the sample was XI IA 1 as the sample of experiment class and XI IA 2 as the sample of control class that took with random . The result of the data analysis showed that the increase of value mean students in experiment class 81.49 higher than control class (78.57) for the result of affective in experiment class was (86.11), and for control class was 84.64 the result of psychomotoric in experiment class was (85.32) and for control class was (82.37). It was found that the value of affective and psychomotoric was higher than control class. Then, for hypothesis test used t-test, the value of t-calculated 6.04 and t- table (α=0.05) was 1.68. it means that t-calculated higher than t-table so the alternative hypothesis was accepted and the null hypothesis was rejected. Learning from the result, it can be concluded that used conventional learning Think-Talk-Write type can increase the grade of students, the teachers should consider about cooperative learning Think-Talk-Write type in material for biology in the school.
