This research of background overshadow by lowering of result and activity learn class student mathematics of V grade SDN 46 Koto Panjang Lubuk Minturun. This research is to make a description ofis make-up of result and activity learn student at study of mathematics pass/through Model Study Of Co-Operative Type Lead to have Number Structure. this Type Research is research of class action. Subjek of this research of class student of V counted 32 people. Research instrument the used is teacher activity observation sheet, student activity observation sheet, and tes result of learning. From result of research obtained by percentage of cycle student activity of I equal to 55,20% mounting at cycle of II become 78,75% and complete percentage learn student at cycle of I 46,87% mounting at cycle of II equal to 78,12%. Becoming, study of mathematics by using model study of type co-operative lead to have structure number can improve result and activity learn student. From result of research, suggested that by teacher can use model study of type co-operative lead to have structure number for the of result and activity learn student at study of mathematics
