Abstrak

Abstract

 

The background of this research is the teaching learning process that use communicative method and give task to write the task from the teacher  dominantly and use discussion method seldom. The students’ activities is much to sit down with listen  what the teacher said, it make just some students that can  doing activities in the classroom interaction. It make the output of result the IPS lesson still not achievement. The significance of this research is to describe the increasing of the question activities, answer activities, and the result of the students  in Va at IPS lesson with using Peer Lessons at SD Negeri 04 Bariang Rao-Rao. This research is The action research class. The respondent of  this study are the students of  Va, they are 22 pupils. The instrument of this study are the observation sheet of teacher’s activities, observation sheet of students’ activities, sheet of task and file note. The result of this study have average of score percentage students’ question activities in cycle I is 36,35%, and have increasing in cycle II be 79, 54%, students’ answer  activities in cycle I is 40,90%, students’ discussion activities in cycle I is 43,18%, and have increasing in cycle II be 77,26%. The achievement of students’ understand in cycle I is 45,00% and have increasing in cycle II be 81,81%. It’s mean that the indicator target in this study have achievement and using Peer Lesson Strategy toward teaching IPS lesson is done well. Based on the result of this study, it can be conclude that  using Peer Lesson Strategy toward teaching IPS lesson can increase the activities and output of students in Va class at SD Negeri 04 Bariang Rao-Rao.
