Abstrak

The purpose of this study adalahuntuk describe increased activity and Civics student learning outcomes through methods Everyone Is A Teacher Heredi SDN 23 class V river Tarab. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which is conducted in two cycles. This study was conducted at SDN 23 Tarab River District. Tanah Datar at grade 5 was held on the 2nd half of 2013/2014 academic year, starting from planning till the time of writing, while the implementation of the action research began in May 2014.Instrumen observation sheet used is the learning process of the implementation of the teacher, student activity sheets and sheet test end siklus.Berdasarkan sheet analysis of student learning activities in answering the question in the first cycle 1 meeting as many as 9 students (37.5%) and 2 meeting as many as 11 students (45.8%), gained an average of 41.65% classical . In the second cycle as many as 18 students (75%) and 2 meeting as many as 20 students (95.23%) with an average of 85.12% classical. Cognitive learning outcomes of students who completed the first cycle were 11 students (45.8%) with an average value of 58.75 increased in the second cycle were 19 students (90.47%) with an average value of 75.71. While the affective domain of learning outcomes first cycle 1 meeting as many students who completed 6 students (25%) and 2 of 8 persons meeting the students (33.3%) with an average value of 33.5. At the first meeting of the second cycle students who completed as many as 16 students (66.7%) and 2 meeting as many as 16 students (76.2%) of 21 students, with an average value of 68.5. From the results obtained can be concluded that there is an increase in activity and learning outcomes in learning civics class V students of SDN 23 Tarab river district.
