Abstract
This study is based on a patient who does not get good medical care. It is characterized by the lack of friendliness and attitude (attitude) medical officer in serving patients, and health care procedures and long waiting times for long service resulting in delays in treatment. This research aims: 1) To know the public perception in receiving medical care at the health center Tangah Koto subdistrict. 2) To determine the attitude (attitude) medical officer in serving patients in Tangah Koto subdistrict health center. 3) To know the procedure of health services at the health center Tangah Koto subdistrict. Type of research is qualitative. The instrument used is the observation sheets, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the public perception of medical services at the health center and Air Dingin and Lubuk Buaya when viewed from the level of satisfaction of the people who receive health services is very high, it is seen from several indicators such as: the cleanliness and comfort of the waiting rung 76.8%, patient examination room 82.1% clean, responsive drug officers in serving the community 84.4%, examination and treatment is given quickly and precisely 85.8%. Public perception of the friendliness and attitude (attitude) medical officer in the service of patients is lacking. The public perception of health care procedures in Koto subdistrict health center subdistrik already done quickly and clearly.
