This research is motivated by the poor implementation of social security employment in PT. SAL-2 Bungo. It is characterized by the presence of workers who have not received clear information about BPJS Employment, and no registration procedures and making him or claiming pension and accident insurance. This research aims: 1) To describe the implementation of social security employment in PT. SAL-2 Bungo. 2) To describe the obstacles encountered in the implementation of social security employment in PT. SAL-2 Bungo. 3) To outline the efforts made by PT. SAL-2 to overcome obstacles in the implementation of social security employment. Type of research is qualitative. The instruments used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Employment BPJS PT. SAL-2 Bungo when viewed from the side BPJS Employment service has been pretty good the service provided, except that the board BPJS Employment in PT. SAL-2 Bungo has not been socialized to the workforce.
