PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN KEWARGANEGARAAN DENGAN METODE VALUE CLARIFICATION TECHNIQUE DI SD NEGERI 01 PASAR LADANG PANJANG

Abstrak

The research was motivated from an activity of student is less to take learning, during a
learning go on only a small portion who whould to giving ask, answering and giving respond
to the question. An impact can be seen to result of the semester test of I, period 2013/2014.
The type of these research is classroom action research (PTK) which executed in two cycle.
Value Clarification Technique is teaching techniques to helping the student to look for and
determined a value were considered is good to take on the issue through the process of
analyzing a value an existing and was embedded in student self. The purpose of this research
for increasing asking activity of student, answering and giving respond to the question, as
well as increasing the result learning of student, by using the learning methods of Value
Clarification Technique. The source of data are students of class IV in primary school of
Negeri 01 Pasar Ladang Panjang, which amount to 34 students. The instrument of research
used in this research is an activity sheet learn student, an activity sheet of teacher and sheet of
result of learning like the end of the test cycle. The point of an averages percentage an activity
of student at first cycle to the second cycle that is an activity to giving ask indicator increased
from 38,23% become to 79,41%, an activity to answering the question indicator increased
from 52,94% become to 82,35%, and an activity to giving respond to the question indicator
increased from 47,05% become to 85,29%. An averages of result of study have the shape of
the end of the test cycle increased from 66,91 at first cycle, and increase 73,67 at second
cycle. Based on the above result can be concluded that the learning of civic education through
the Value Clarification Technique methods can be increasing of an activity and outcome of
learning of student in class IV in SDN 01 Pasar Ladang Panjang.
