Abstract

In accordance with Law No. 32 of 2004 on Regional Government, in particular the Regional Head has a working relationship with the devices and has the authority to manage the area. This research is motivated lack of coordination function relationships with the Regional Head Wali Nagari in the utilization of natural resources such as minerals C and there are no laws governing the use and management of natural resources such as minerals C in the South Coastal District. Based on the problem statement above, the objectives of this research are 1. To describe the function of coordinating relations with Wali Nagari Regional Head in the utilization of natural resources such as minerals C in the South Coastal District. 2. To describe the efforts made by the Regional Head Wali Nagari utilization of natural resources such as minerals C in the South Coastal District. 3. To determine how the management of natural resources such as minerals C in villages. This study is a descriptive type. The instruments used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the relationship coordination with the Regional Head Wali Nagari in excavation C, as Regional Head gives authority to local devices in the form of guidance and supervision tasks that natural resources can be best utilized and as a result can increase the income of the South Coastal District.
