PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF COMMUNITY HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM (JAMKESMAS) IN THE DISTRICT TIGO NAGARI

Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 40 Year 2012 on Guidelines for Public Health Insurance Programs Chapter II describes the organization of medical treatment. This study is based on a patient JAMKESNAS not get health care during treatment by health workers, and health care procedures that result in long delays in treatment. This study aims to determine the health care procedure in the District Health Center Field Length Tigo Nagari Pasaman and to know the implementation of the program in the District of Tigo Nagari JAMKESNAS Pasaman. This research is qualitative research. Instruments used are observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that community participation in the implementation of the program in the District of Tigo Nagari JAMKESNAS Pasaman that in terms of implementation has been running quite well and efficiently, and when viewed from the level of community participation in the implementation of the program is very high JAMKESNAS which can be seen from the number of visits communities during treatment using JAMKESNAS card. Community participation in the implementation of the procedure JAMKESNAS health services at Health Center Field Length Pasaman District of Tigo Nagari've done quite well and efficiently.
