Target of this research is to: (1) improving result learn at cognate aspect ofstorey;level of C.2 (pemahaman) in study of PKn by using method of problem learning based at class student of IV SD Negeri 08 Sariak Alahan Tigo; ( 2) improving result learn at aspect of affective mount A.2 ( menanggapi) in study of PKN by using method of problem learning based at class student of IV SD Negeri 08 Sariak Alahan Tigo. this Type Research is research of class action. Trianto( 2009: 92) please explain that: Instruction pursuant to problem represent an approach of study where student do problems which is authentic with a view to compile knowledge of themselves, developing skill and inkuiri think higher storey;level, developing independence, and self-confidence. Result of research indicate that: ( 1) mean result of learning student 77,5 at cycle of I mount to become 85,5 at cycle of II with complete percentage learn 58,8% at cycle of I mount to become 91,5% at cycle of II; ( 2) mean of affective student at cycle of I is 69,99% mounting 21,67% at cycle of II become 91,66%. Therefore can be concluded that applying of strategy of problem learning based can improve result learn class student of IV inSD Negeri 08 Sariak Alahan Tigo.
