One of the factors that caused study results of class VII SMP Negeri 7 Kerinci are in under Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) is the activity that happened during learning process which is dominated by teachers that constitute lack of optimal communications between the teachers and the students and cause single point learning process. The appropriate effort of this problem is to apply Jeopardy Review's type of active learning strategy. Jeopardy Review's type of active learning strategy is a learning strategy that is conducted in form of playing game that can be used in order that the learning process can be run actively. The aim of this research is to know the students activity and the students study result that applied Jeopardy Review's type of active learning strategy are better than the students result of learning mathematics that applied conventional learning in class VII SMP Negeri 7 Kerinci. The kind of this research is Experiment Research. The population of this research is the whole students of class VII SMP Negeri 7 Kerinci that consists of three classes and the sample of the research is taken randomly until it is obtained that class VII A as experiment class and VII B as control class. Data of learning result is given test and data analysis used t-test until it is obtained tcounting = 2,11 and ttable = t((0,95,40)) = 1,68 on trusted level 95%. Therefore tcounting>ttable, meant the hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion of this research is the activity of the students that applied Jeopardy Review's type of active learning strategy can be said good and the student result of learning mathematic by applying Jeopardy Review's type of active learning strategy are better than student learning result of learning mathematic by using conventional learning process.
