Abstrak

Abstract

There some problem that causes the low results learned mathematics students, students are less like math, lazy students doing the axercise mathematics, most students tendingto to be closed in learning, as well as activity learning students who lesseffective. To resolve the issue, one of the efforts that can be made is implements learning type cooperative STAD, namely, learning in a group.This research aims to know the activity of learning math fourth grade SMP N 46 Sijunjung his learning which cooperative type STAD. To find out the results of  the study of mathematics learning whit students learning cooperative type STAD is better that the results that students learn math using conventional. The king of research used is this research is a students class VII SMP N 46 Sijunjung the academic year 2013/20014 consisting of the three classes being in homogeneous. Based on this research, can be concluded that study result of the students who apply a model of learning STAD better than the result of students learning his use of learning conventional on the class VII SMP N 46 Sijunjung can apply a method of learning STAD in learning.
