Student activity at class VII MTsN Bungus Teluk Kabung in learning was still lacking. Study habit of students who were still not well directed, for example the students received the lesson without mastering the concept truly from teaching material so that caused low of the result of study that got of the student. To overcome this problem, one attempts to do was apply Creative Problem Solving strategy with Speed Test in learning mathematics. Kind of this research was experiment research. Result of this research was conclude that students learning activity that used Creative Problem Solving strategy with Speed Test it can be said good and the result of learning students whose learning mathematics applied Creative Problem Solving strategy with Speed Test better than mathematics learning result of students who applied conventional learning in the class VII MTsN Bungus Teluk Kabung.
