KEMAMPUAN MENULIS PUISI SISWA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA VISUAL KELAS VII SMP NEGERI 3 KECAMATAN PAYAKUMBUH KABUPATEN 50 KOTA
Abstrak
ABSTRACT
purpose of this study is to describe the use of diction and imagery poems written by students using visual media the firs Junior Hight School 3 class VII Kecamatan Payakumbuh, Kabupaten 50 Kota. Theoris about poetry and diction used is theory Waluyo, while the images by Pradopo. This type research is descriptive qualitative research method. This research data in the form of poems written by the students using visual media see diction and imagery. Whereas the object of research is the student the firs Junior Hight School 3 class VII Kecamatan Payakumbuah, Kabupaten 50 Kota which amounts to 26 students. Based on the result of research in the writing of poetry, 22 students have enough ability to use diction in his poetry, 3 studens have been able to use aspects of diction in his poetry. While the analysis of students’ skills in the use of imagery in poetry writing found 1 person disadvantaged students to use imagery in poetry writing , 24 students is quite capable of using imagery in writing poetry, and 1 person has been able to use the students classified images using images. Grade students’ ability VII-1 Junior High School 3 kecamatan Payakumbuah Kabupaten 50 Kota in writing poetry based on the use of diction and imagery with visual media has been well classified. It indicates that students are skilled enough to write poetry using visual media.
