PENGGUNAAN MODEL COOPERATIVE LEARNING TIPE NUMBERED HEAD TOGETHER (NHT) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR IPS SISWA KELAS V SDN 13 PASAMAN

This research of background by lack of student motivation in study of IPS class student of V SDN 13 Pasaman Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Lack of student motivation marked with result of daily restating of semester of I School Year 2013 / 2014, only 29% complete student. One of the way of able to be used to overcome the problem is by using type co-operative model of NHT. Target of this research is to the make-up of motivation learn class student of V in study of IPS by using type co-operative model of NHT in SDN 13 Pasaman Sub-Province of Pasaman West. this Type Research is Research of executed Action Class by collaborative. Subjek of this research is class student of V SDN 13 Pasaman, amounting to 21 people. Research instrument which is used in this research is motivation observation sheet learn student, teacher activity observation sheet, enquette, field note and of tes final of cycle. Pursuant to result of observation sheet analysis motivate student obtained by percentage mean at cycle of I is 37,29%. At cycle of II mean percentage of student activity the obtained is 78,56%. While result learn mean result of learning student at cycle of I is 64,52, with complete percentage learn 47,61%. Meanwhile mean result of learning cycle student of II is 78,09, with complete percentage learn 85,71%. Thereby can be concluded that study of IPS by using type co-operative model of NHT can improve motivation learn student
