Abstract
This research is motivated by the lack of ability to speak Indonesian and learning outcomes of the fourth grade. It is necessary for research on Speech Enhancement and Learning Outcomes Indonesian Student Class IV through Model Picture and Picture in SDN 31 Kampung Caniago District of Lubuk Basung. The purpose of this study was to describe the ability to speak and learning outcomes Indonesian fourth grade students of SDN 31 Kampung Caniago District of Lubuk Basung. The theory used in this study is the theory of the Muhammadi Taufina Taufik and Picture and Picture models, the theory proposed by Hendry Talking about Tarin, Nana Sudjana theories regarding learning outcomes. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Subjects were fourth grade students of SDN 31 Kampung Caniago numbered 18 people. The instrument used was a sheet of students' speaking ability, activity sheets and teacher learning outcomes. Based on the analysis of students 'speaking ability, gained an average of students' speaking ability in each cycle. In the first cycle of 60.53%, while in the second cycle increased to 81.86%. Average speaking ability of students in the second cycle is higher than I. The results of students' learning cycle also increased this can be seen in an average of just 53.56 first cycle increased to 70 in the second cycle. From the results obtained it can be concluded that there is an increase in the ability to speak Indonesian and learning outcomes of the fourth grade students of SDN 31 Kampung Caniago after using Picture and Picture models.
