This research is motivated by a less active and low grade VA student learning outcomes for mathematics courses at SDN 28 Batang Anai. Formulation of the problem is how to increase research activity and student learning outcomes in mathematics learning through Learning Model Course Review horay. The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in activity and student learning outcomes in mathematics learning through Learning Model Course Review horay. This research is a classroom action research. Subjects of this study were students of class VA 34 individuals. The research instrument used was observation of student activity sheets, teacher observation sheet activities, and achievement test. From the research, obtained the percentage of student activity first cycle of 38.49% increase in cycle II to 74.94% and the percentage of students passing grade on the first cycle of 35.29% increase in cycle II to 79.41%. Thus, using the model of learning Mathematics Learning Course Review horay can increase activity and student learning outcomes. From the research, it is suggested that the teacher can use Learning Model Course Review horay to increase the activity and student learning outcomes in mathematics learning.
