This research was undergrown by the fact the student were less active and tend to be listeners. This caused student boring to follow the learning process. This makes learning activities not run well the teacher was more active than the students. Beside, the students do not work cooperatively to solve some problems. This couse the students grade low the purpose of this rearsch is to improve the students inferest and learning result of civies at class IV at MIN Padang Galundi through Cooperative Learning model of type Numbered Head Together. This research is a classroom. Action reserch conducted in two cycles and each cycle consist of two sessions. This reserch subject is the students of class IV Semester II 2013/2014 that consists of 14 students (5 girls and 9 boys). The research instrument used in this reserch is sheet of observation an students, interest and a test. Based on the result of analysis, after cycle II the percentege of students who ask 95,25 % question is answering question 95,25 doing exercise 95,25%. The result of the student learning increase from in cycle II. This means doing PKn Learn through looperative learning model PKn type Numbered Head Together at the student class IV MIN Padang Galundi has increase the interest and students, grade, from the result it can be concluded that learning PKn using cooperative learning model type Numbered Head Together at students class MIN Padang Galundi can increase interest and learning result.
