MPROVEMENT ACTIVITIES AND RESULTS CLASS V STUDENT LEARNING IN LEARNING METHOD IPS THROUGH STUDENT HAVE QUESTION IN SDN 11 Kinali

This research is motivated by low activity and student learning outcomes in social studies learning VB class at SDN 11 Kinali. It is characterized by a low verbal and mental activity and low ability students in understanding and responding to students' learning behavior. The purpose of this research is to improve the activity and student learning outcomes in social studies learningMethod Student Question Have. Subjects of this study were students of class VB totaling 28 people, 11 men and 17 women. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Instruments is observation of student activity sheets, teacher activity, achievement test, affective observation, documentation and field notes. The results show the average percentage of student activity expression was 57.14% first cycle and the second cycle was 85.71%, the test results of the first cycle of learning is 39.28% and the second cycle was 75.00%, the affective cycle I was 66.7% and 82.4% is the second cycle. The results showed that, using the method of learning social studies Student Question Have enhances the activity and student learning outcomes VB class. Based on the results of this research suggest that teachers can use the method of Student Question Have in learning to improve the activity and student learning outcomes.
