The purpose of this study is to describe the learning outcome of students in learning science through models in Class V Word Square Elementary School 14 West Pasaman Kinali. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings (including meetings of the cycle for the final exam). The target of this research is the fifth grade students of SDN 14 Kinali West Pasaman totaling 19 people. The research instrument used in this study is the assessment of student learning outcomes and learning activities observation sheet. Based on the research that has been carried out can be seen that the percentage of mastery learning students in the first cycle was 63.2% with an average of 69.7 and learning outcomes completeness percentage of students in the second cycle was 89.5% with an average of 82 learning outcomes , 6. This means that learning science using Word Square models

can improve learning outcomes fifth grade students of SDN 14 Kinali Pasaman West.
