IMPROVEMENT OF STUDENT LEARNING CLASS SDN 27 KINALI WEST PASAMAN ON LEARNING PKn ODEL THROUGH SCRAMBLE

This research is motivated by low learning outcomes Civics fifth grade students of SDN 27 Kinali Pasaman West. This is caused by lack of knowledge of students in the mastery of learning materials. This study aimed to describe the learning outcome fifth grade students of SDN 27 Kinali by using Scramble models in learning civics. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects were 27 fifth grade students of SDN Kinali West Pasaman totaling 32 people. The instrument used in this study is the observation sheet teacher activity, student activity sheets observation and tests student learning outcomes. This study conducted two cycles. Based on the results of analysis show that: 1) The ability to remember Civics students towards learning can be enhanced by using a model Scramble. 2) Improved understanding of students' learning can be enhanced with the model Civics Scramble. 3) Increasing the ability of student participation in the learning tasks can be improved with a model Civics Scramble. It is seen from the more active the fifth grade students of SDN 27 Kinali West Pasaman Civics in the following learning process. 4) The results of the first cycle of learning is that students who pass the study there were 19 persons (53.38%) and that has not been thoroughly studied there were 13 persons (40.62%), with an average value in the classical 67. While the second cycle, students who pass the study there were 26 persons (81.25%) and that has not been thoroughly studied only 6 people (18.75%), with an average value of 81 classically this means that the target indicators in this assessment was achieved. Thus the results of students of class V at SDN 27 Kinali West Pasaman Civics learning can be enhanced by models Scramble.
