This research was conducted based on the fact that the low results of students’ math’ score, especially in the mixed number quantification operation material in 13th Elementary School of V Koto Kampung Dalam grade II. One of the factors that caused the low results of students’ math’ score was the use of un-appropriate approach. To solve this problem, the researcher uses Realistic Mathematics Education (RME). The purpose of this research is to increase the students’ score result of the mixed number quantification operation material through the use of RME approach. The kind of this research is Classroom Action Research. The subjects of the research were the teacher and the students of 13th Elementary School of V Koto Kampung Dalam, grade II, with the number was 14 students. The instruments that were used in the research were observation sheets and students’ test results. This research contained of 2 cycles, in which the result of cycle I, implementation stages from the teacher aspect was 72,5% and the average of the students’ score results was 70,00. Meanwhile, in the cycle II, on implementation stages from the teacher aspect raised becoming 85% and the average of the students’ score results become 79,00. Based on the research result in the cycle I and cycle II, it can be concluded that Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) can increase the student’s math score result in the mixed number quantification operation material in grade II of 13th Elementary School of V Koto Kampung Dalam.
