Abstrak

Road as a means of transport has a very important role in the strategic and accelerate the economy, social and cultural as well as affecting aspects of life. Terminal function is to regulate the arrival and departure, raising and lowering people and / or goods. Terminals have a significant impact on transport driver obedience towns and villages that have traffic ethics. Problem formulation proposed is 1). How The role of the Department of Communication and Information Padang in enforcing the rules of the road freight traffic to many emerging passenger terminal of Type-C shadow in Padang Especially in front of Basko Grand Mall. 2).
