PRINSIP KERJA SAMA ADAT PERKAWINAN DALAM ACARA “BATIMBANG TANDO” DI KENAGARIAN INDRAPURA KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN

Abstrak

This study dicribe the principle of cooperation of han’ts marriage in Batimbang Tando at Indrapura, Pesisir Selatan district, the teory used in this study is a teory by grice that is the principle of cooperation, which couids of four maxim, such as quantity maxim, quality maqxim, relevance maxim, and implementation maxim. This study used a qualitative approach and descriptive methods. The intrumens of this study is the reseaich my self that completely with the type of record the collected data through dialogue utterances record Datuak from marapulai and Datuak from anak daro in Batimbang Tando at Indrapura, Pesisir Selatan District. The analyzed data by maxims that the principle of cooperation and make condition of the result from research of the result. The result of research there were 92 data from 44 dialogue shows the principle of cooperation which cousists of four maxim such as quantity maxim is 46 data from 21 dialogue, quality maxim is 28 data from 14 dialogue, relevance maxim is 10 from 5 dialogue in Batimbang Tando at Indrapura, Pesisir Selatan District. Based on the result, it can be concluded that in Batimbang Tando at Indrapura, Pesisir Selatan District has implemented of the principle of cooperation is good
