Abstrak

 

This research of background by lowering of result learn which is obtained by student at ability read intensive with Theme 1 Objects In Environment About/Around in SDN 08 Koto Gadang Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Factor becoming its cause is the lack of attention of student in comprehending a n reading text at the (time) of study. As for intention of this research is to mendeskripsikan of is make-up of result learn class student of V at ability read Theme 1 by using strategy of Direct Reading Activities. this Type Research is class student of V SDN 08 Koto Gadang which amount to 19 people. Instrument the used is teacher activity observation sheet, student spread sheet, and tes result of learning. This research is executed in two cycle, which is on each cycle consist of thrice meeting. Pursuant to result of research which have executed, complete improvement of result learn to experience of the make-up of from 42,10% with mean 65,52 at cycle of I become 89,47% with mean 77,10 at cycle of II. From result of research can be concluded that ability read intensively of student with Theme 1 with Reading Activities can use Direct improve result learn class student of V SDN 08 Koto Gadang Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Pursuant to result of this research of researcher suggest that teacher can apply strategy of Direct Reading Activities at study read better and according to study items.
