Abstract

 

This research is motivated by the lack of activity and low student learning outcomes in mathematics learning.Formulation of the problem of this research is how the increased activity and student learning outcomes in mathematics learning using model of numbered head structure in grade VI SDN 03 Batung. The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in activity and student learning outcomes in mathematics learning using model of numbered head structure in grade VI SDN 03 Batung.This type of research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The subjects were student of class VI SDN 03 Batung totaling 35 people. The instrument used is the observation sheet student activities, teacher observation sheet activities and achievement test. From the research results, obtained by percentageof student activity first cycle of 50,53%, an increase in cycle II to 71,44% and the percentage I to 62,85% in the second cycle II of 71,42%. It can be concluded that model of the head are numbered structure can enhance the activity and learning outcomes mathematics grade VI SDN 03 Batung.
