This research of background by lowering of result and activity learn class student of V in SDN 26 Jati Padang. Low of activity him and result learn student because of student less is paying attention of teacher in giving items. The Learning Cell represent a n form learn co-operative in the form of berpasangan. Target of this research is to improve result and activity learn class student of V pass/through model study of The Learning Cell in SDN 26 Jati Padang. This Research is research of class action. With class student subjek of V SDN 26 Jati Padang amounting to 18 student people, this research instrument is observation sheet activity of teacher, activity sheet learn and student of tes result of learning student. Execution of study at Theme of I Objects in Environment About/Around passing Model Study Of The Learning Cell at class of V take place better. Seen at study action at cycle of I, mean of is amount of percentage of activity enquire student at cycle of I at percentage 30,55% becoming 66,66% at cycle of II, student activity reply/ answer question at cycle of I at percentage 44,45% becoming 80,55% at cycle of II. Matter this means indicator goals in this research succeed and reached. This research can be concluded that Model Study Of The Learning Cell can improve result and activity learn at Theme of I Objects in Environment About/Around class student of V SDN 26 Jati Padang.
