PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN MEMBACA PEMAHAMAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL COOPERATIVE INTEGRATED READING AND COMPOSITION (CIRC) DI KELAS IV SD NEGERI 03 PURUS KECAMATAN PADANG BARAT

This research of background overshadow by lack of skill read student at study of Indonesian, and also learn still tend to use method deliver a lecture and question and answer. In this research of researcher try to present the way of newest study by using model of Cooperative Integrated Reading Composition and (CIRC) which there are in book of Istarani (2012:112). Target of this research is to uplift skill to read the understanding of student in class of IV SD Negeri 03 Purus Kecamatan Padang Barat by using model of Cooperative Integrated Reading Composition and (CIRC). This Research represent Research Of Action Class (PTK). this Subjek Research of class student of IV amounting to 20 people. This research is  done/conducted in two cycle. Research instrument which is used in this research is teacher observation sheet, student observation sheet and of tes result of learning. Pursuant to result of done/conducted research in SD Negeri 03 Purus Kecamatan Padang Barat, usage of model of Cooperative Integrated Reading Composition and (Proven CIRC) can uplift skill to read the understanding of student. This can be seen from skill mean read the understanding of mounting from 52,5 at cycle of I mount to become 79,16 at cycle of II (increase 26,66). Pursuant to the mentioned can be told model of Cooperative Integrated Reading Composition and (CIRC) can uplift skill to read the understanding of student in study read.
