Target of this research is to mendeskripsikan of is make-up of Participation and result learn IPS student pass/through model of Learning Starts With A Question in SD Country 38 Seberang Tarok. Type Research is Research Of Action Class ( PTK) which is executed in two cycle. Amount of class student of VI 27 people, instrument which in using is observation sheet activity of execution of study by teacher, student participation observation sheet, sheet of tes final of cycle. Pursuant to participation sheet data analysis learn student at indicator raise question at cycle of I obtained by score percentage of mean of klasikal 33,33 and experience of the make-up of in cycle of II become 83,33, participation in discusing at cycle of I with mean score of klasikal 46,30 Mounting in cycle of II become 79,63. Result learn cognate domain at cycle of I obtained by mean 60,92 and experience of the make-up of in cycle of II equal to 76,29, Result learn cycle of I in obtaining mean 63,89 mounting to become 79,63. From result of obtained research can be concluded that happened the make-up of result and participation learn in study of IPS class student of VI SDN 38 Seberang Tarok, Sub-Province Coastal area of South after using model study of Learning Starts With A Question. Later;Then used time have to as effective as possible..
