PENGGUNAAN KALIMAT EFEKTIF PADA SURAT KELUAR DI KANTOR WALI NAGARI SALIDO KECAMATAN IV JURAI KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN

Abstrak

This research in general aim to for the mendeskripsikan of effective sentence format by Office Wali Nagari Salido Kecamatan IV Jurai Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Theory which is used in this research is theory which is told by Good Ida of Putrayasa is effective sentence and effective sentence marking . this Research type is research qualitative by using descriptive method. Object in this research is outward letter at Office Wali Nagari Salido Kecamatan IV Jurai Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Result of research of showing that usage of effective sentence of Office Wali Nagari Salido Kecamatan IV Jurai Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan still not yet precisely if/when attributed to writing of good letter. Pursuant to data analysis at secretory letter in Sponsor office of Nagari Salido mistake found many at parts of letter that is ( 1) at usage of EYD which still is unfavourable, (2) existence of the parts of incomplete letter at letter address and cover/conclusion greeting, (3) usage of effective sentence found by many ill defined sentence, do not summarize, do not bare, and ( 4) Ianguage which is not standard. Pursuant to result of research can be concluded that, usage of effective sentence and secretory letter format in Office Wali Nagari Salido Kecamatan IV Jurai Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan District of IV Jurai, still not yet goodness.
