INCREASING THE ABILITY TO ASK STUDENTS CLASS V USING MEDIA COMICS IN SD STATE 07 SUNGAITAWAR KOTO XI TARUSANSUBDISTRICT
Abstrak
Classroom action research is motivated by the lack of ability to ask the students. One way to overcome these problems by using the medium of comics. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings and at the end of the meeting do replications. Subjects of the study were students of class V SDN 07 bargaining River totaling 25 people. The instrument of this study is the observation sheet aspect student, teacher observation sheet and test aspects of student learning outcomes. Research procedures conducted four phases: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that in one cycle, it can be seen the average percentage of the overall ability of asking students to reach 30%, while the two cycle reached 71.3%. An increase of 41.3%. The activities of teachers in the cycle reached 50.7% and reached 91.4% two cycles. An increase of 40.7%. Percentage of completeness in the classical student learning outcomes in one cycle is 48% and reached 81.95% two cycles of an increase of 33.95%. Based on the results obtained it can be concluded that by using the medium of comics can enhance students' ability to ask the class V SDN 07 freshwater river. Based on the research results can be suggested to the teacher to be able to use the medium of comics in learning to improve students' ability to ask.
