Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Computer Assisted Learning (CAL) Untuk Materi Pelajaran Algoritma Pemograman Tingkat Dasar Kelas X Di SMK Negeri 2 Padang

Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to produce instructional media Computer Assisted Learning (CAL) to the material base level programming algorithm is valid and practical for students and teachers of Vocational High School, by using a kind of penelitain Research and Development (R and D). The population of this research is class X Software Engineering department at SMK 2 Padang registered in the first half of the 2014/2015 academic year consists of two classes. Population studies on instructional media trials conducted on limited testing is only one class of class X students majoring in Software Engineering at SMK 2 Padang. This study uses one class because only one class that can follow the trials of learning media. Total sample of 20 students from one class. How to capture a subject using techniques proposif, sample sought by the teacher (teacher assistance). The instruments used in this research data collection questionnaire dalah questionnaire validity and practicalities. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics in the form of a percentage. Based on data analysis results and the validity of the practicalities as follows: the validity of the test results of instructional media development Computer Assisted Learning (CAL) in vocational high schools with a percentage (92.60%) and expressed very valid. The result of the practicalities of the development of instructional media Computer Assisted Learning (CAL) in Vocational High School with the degree of practicality media by teachers on practical category by percentage (80.24%) and the level of practicality media by students in the category of very practical with a percentage (90.64% ). Based on the validity of the test results and the practicalities, it can be concluded that the instructional media Computer Assisted Learning (CAL) in vocational high schools are used by teachers and students learn at the same time witnessed, successfully developed with a valid and practical categories.                                                                                                                              Kata kunci : Development, Media, Learning, Computer Assisted Learning (CAL)
