This research is aclassaction(PTK) whichconsistsoffour meetingsin twocycles. Researchthrough thefourstages ofaction: planning, action, observationandreflection. Research instrumentin the form ofthe testresult of learning, observationsheet.
The results showedan increaseinmotivationandlearning outcomes of studentsinscience learning, studentmotivationI cyclean averagescore of75.88%, including both criteria, the second cycleincreased to83.92%, including both criteria. In thelearning outcomesof studentsin the first cycleand then53.57% in the second cyclean averagescore of89.28% andhasreached the standardminimum completenesshas been established,it can be concludedthatthe learningprocessby using astrategyHaveQuestionStudentscanimprove motivationandlearning outcomesstudents inscience learninginclassVSDN15LubukAlungPadang Pariaman. Suggestions, forthe principalshouldbe able tomotivateandfosterteacherstouseQuestionStrategyStudentsHave,theteachershouldbe able tousestrategiesStudentsHaveQuestionscanbe usedas an alternativeinscience teaching.
