PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS BELAJAR SISWA TEMA BUDI PEKERTI MELALUI MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING DI KELAS I SDN 13 LUBUK NYIUR KECAMATAN BATANG KAPAS PESISIR SELATAN
Abstrak
This study was aimed to describe the of students learning activities in learning Indonesian at theme of character by using the model of Problem Based Learning  SDN 13 Lubuk Nyiur. This study is a Class Action Research conducted in the second semester of the academic year 2014/2015 at SDN 13 Lubuk Nyiur Pesisir Selatan. The subjects of this study  were the first grade students of SDN 13 Lubuk Nyiur consisting of 15 students. This study was conducted in two cycles and each cycle consists of two meetings. The research instrument used in this study was observation sheet. The results showed an increase in students’ activity from 42.22%  at first meeting to 55.55%  at second meeting it also increases in. Cycle II; from 62.22% at the first meeting to 79.99%  at second meeting. The use of Problem Based Learning model also increase the students’ achievement. It is in dicated by the increasing of students’ average grade from to at firs cycle to 71,5 at second cycle. Based on the results of this study it canbe concluded that the use of Problem Based Learning model can improve learning activities in learning Indonesian in Class I SDN 13 Lubuk Nyiur,  Pesisir Selatan. It is therefore recommended to teachers to use the model of Promblem Based Learning in learning Indonesian at elementary school (SD).
