IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM SATU MILYAR SATU KECAMATAN DALAM RANGKA MENGENTASKAN KEMISKINAN DI KABUPATEN KERINCI

Abstrak

One Billion One program implementation in order to alleviate the District kemiskianan in Kerinci district. This study aims to gain an overview of the implementation of the program in alleviating poverty Samisake by looking at its role in reducing poverty in Kerinci district, and whether the Samisake employment opportunities for the poor. The study used a qualitative research method is descriptive, is a type of research that can provide a factual overview of how programs Samisake. Data collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and sharing Questionnaire (questionnaire) to support the acquisition of qualitative data. These results indicate that the program Samisake contribute to reducing poverty in Kerinci district, but poverty alleviation programs can not only be done by a program Samisake alone, but need to be accompanied by other programs are implemented together. Samisake program has a role in building the infrastructure for the poor, both residential infrastructure, as well as venture capital is very useful for the poor as well as play a role in providing non-formal education to the poor through socialization and training. Furthermore, the constraints faced by the program Samisake one of which is difficult to socialize Samisake program due to poor background, education and work.
