RELIGIUSITAS TOKOH UTAMA DALAM NOVEL SEBAIT CINTA DI BAWAH LANGIT KAIRO KARYA MAHMUD JAUHARI ALI SUATU TINJAUAN DARI SUDUT PANDANG PSIKOLOGI AGAMA

Abstrak

This research aims: (1) to describe the religious value of the main character on the novel Sebait Cinta di Bawah Langit Kairo by Mahmud Jauhari Ali, (2) the development of religious soul of the main character on the novel Sebait Cinta di Bawah Langit Kairo by Mahmud Jauhari Ali were reviewed from religious phycology. The type of research was qualitative study by using descriptive method. From the result of research found that this novel narrated about a handsome boy who came from Kairo, work as expert staff for Lucoil. He has bad attitude and behavior. Religious value of aqidah was revealed by the main character (Ivan Mustova) through His belief about Allah’s religion. The religious value of syariah was revealed by the main character (Ivan Mustova) from any behavior for example obedience of the pray, request. The behavior values were showed by the main character (Ivan Mustova) from any behavior for examples: (1) behavior to the family (parents), (2) behavior to other, (3) behavior to the environment. The development of his religious soul was narrated by the main character have any requirements such as.( 1) Benevolence need where human love it. (2) Safety need, it was the needs who drive a human hope to get a protection, (3) self-esteem need, it is individual needs who drive a human in order to get dignity and allowable by the other. (4) Free basic need, it makes one to do freely, (5) successful need, it makes one to make a wish getting guidance, 6) knowing-sense need, it makes ones frequently to study and observe something that makes depression-physiologicically.
