PENGGUNAAN BAHASA BAKU DAN KALIMAT EFEKTIF DALAM SURAT RESMI DI KANTOR BPKD PADANG

Abstrak

This research is aimed to describe the usage of Ianguage, focussed at perception of spelling, usage of standard word, and released sentence structure released by Office of BPKD Field. used by Theory is this research is theory told by Caca Sudarsa, that is hitting congeniality of letter, letter function, letter type, letter form, and official letter Ianguage condition. this Research type is qualitative research by using descriptive method. this Research object is outward letter at Office of BPKD Field. Result of research indicats that Usage of Standard Ianguage and Effective Sentence in Official Letter in Office of BPKD Field still unfavourable if/when attributed to method writing of good letter. This matter can be seen that mistake a lot is found by  at parts of letter that is ( 1) at usage of EYD which still is unfavourable ( 2) existence of the parts of incomplete letter at letterhead, date of letter, number, enclosure and subject of letter, address of is target of, opener greeting and cover/conclusion , and also writing of consignor name and initial consignor of letter. ( 3) usage of effective sentence found by many ill defined sentence, do not summarize or economize, do not bare. Pursuant to result of research can be concluded that, Usage of Standard Ianguage and Effective Sentence in official letter in Office of BPKD Field, still is unfavourable..
