           Purpose of this research is to improve activity enquire and result of learning cognate and class student afektif of VA SD Pertiwi 3 Padang, research type use research of class action with amount of student 30 people. Research data obtained to pass/through activity observation sheet enquire student, teacher aspect observation sheet, aspect observation sheet of afektif and of tes result of learning student. Result of research indicate that activity mean enquire student at cycle of I tired 57,08% mounting to become 78,33 is%. Complete of result learn cognately of student at Cycle of I 63,33% with average value 66,67, mounting at cycle of II tired 80% with average value 78,3. Assessment of result learn aspect of afektif student at Cycle of I tired 56,66%, mounting at cycle of II tired 83,33%. Pursuant to this research is concluded that activity enquire and result of learning student at study of IPA in class of VA SD Pertiwi 3 Padang can be mounted to pass/through model of Discovery Learning.
